Shelki Healing and one to one appointments
Cancellations or no show
We ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment please provide at least 24-hour notice. This way Shelki can adjust the schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on the waiting list.
Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ will be charged a cancellation fee each time.
- Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)
- ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount
Shelki understands that unavoidable issues come up and will use our discretion you in case of an emergency. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. Appointment are always confined via email or text prior to the day.
Sheki will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. However, if you are late it can impact on other clients. There is a 5-10 minute grace period unless you have contacted Shelki and an alternative arrangement has been agreed at our discretion. We very much appreciate your business and adherence with our policies.
Cancellations by Client
To cancel a booked place on an event notice must be given by email to email@example.com. If you cancel at least 14 days prior to the date of the event you will receive a full refund (or a credit for future events). If you cancel less than 14 days before the event you will not be entitled to a refund. No refund will be made for non-attendance.
Cancellation/changes to dates by Shelki
Despite our best endeavors there may be occasions where Shelki may have to change the date or, in exceptional circumstances, to cancel an event. If this happens, clients will be given the opportunity to either rebook an alternative date, attend the rescheduled event or to receive a full refund.
Promotions and Offers
All offers , promotions and packages are subject to the following terms and conditions. Offers are not cumulative
Please note that a session or offer is as defined in the promotion. See individual promotions for details. Refunds on promotions and packages sold are not available unless certified medical reasons exist that the treatment cannot be carried out. Should for any reason outside of a medical one you wish to stop your treatment plan then you may redeem the remaining value of treatment plan/package purchased for any other treatments. Promotions are sold as a maximum of 1 per person. You may buy another promotion as a gift.
Shelki is not responsible for the safekeeping of clients lost personal belongings. Although every effort is made to contact clients should any lost property be found. We cannot guarantee the safe return of anything that may have been left at Shelki or any of our events. The responsibility is with all clients with regards to any personal belongings.
Energy therapy is a natural method of energy balancing, but is not meant as a substitute for medical, or psychological, diagnosis and treatment.
Energy practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.
Energy therapy or any other natural healing therapy should not compete with medical doctors and their treatments.
All therapies are meant to complement medical treatments.
